Alfred DiMola

Ralph has been a LiveCode stalwart for many years now. He is the IT director for Evergreeninfo, and has deep expertise in many areas of LiveCoding. He has an impressive CV:

He started out of High School as a self taught IBM 360/370 assembly language programmer for a direct mail house. He then did some assembly language work for a government contractor for the NIMROD project (still classified as secret.)  He then did some Fortran and Cobol automating the vendor ordering, pick-and-pack/shipping for a retail warehouse. He next wrote the OS, diagnostics and the front-end object lighting and rendering for the FA-18 flight simulator CGI subsystem and spent 10 years installing datacenters worldwide for CitiBank. He also did some VAX programming in assembly, BLISS 32 and Fortran for a pre internet worldwide information service for stock exchange trading. He got out of the hustle-and-bustle of NYC and up into the north country of New York State where he now works in publishing and commercial printing. He is now actively moving customers from paper to mobile apps. 90% of his LiveCode work is in the mobile app arena.
