call from app to database (using HostM LiveCode mySQL API)
analytical sorting of returned data into arrays
use of dateItems for mathematical conversions of various points of time
use of 3rd party Javascript library to create visual graphs of data
use of browser widget to display freshly created graphs
use of browser snapshot to create a static image
creation of PDF from stack

7 Minute Flash Talk. In the days of COVID, social distancing is a must. DJ 3pm wanted to digitally interact with fans without direct contact at live events. This mobile app needed to replicate 3 of the most common close interactions that would occur at gigs:

• “What song was that?” – song information during live performances

• “Can I hear…?” – song requests

• “I like what you did there!” – tip the DJ

This was accomplished by scraping data from a webpage while using a few standard LiveCode widgets, a couple basic tsNet calls, and the mobileStore* commands. Finished project is live in Apple App Store and Google Play Store @ https://dj3pm.com/app.html
