About me:

As chief engineer steering the LiveCode platform team, there is little which we produce that I don’t have at least one keystroke in at some point (whether one of my engineers asks or not!). It is unusual for me to find a computing problem that I don’t find interesting in some way (except perhaps designing database schemas – please don’t ask me to do that, I will cry) or can’t find an interesting angle on – I just like solving problems! The problem I have most passion for is embodied in LiveCode: ‘How do you make programming more accessible to more people?’.

About me:

I started work at LiveCode after doing a PhD in Mathematical Logic. In my spare time I like to do puzzles, preferably ones I can solve with LiveCode. I can also help with selecting a fine bottle of whisky for any occasion.

About me:

I am the newest member of the LiveCode team but I have been consulting largely
in LiveCode application, library and external development for nearly 20 years.
I began my LiveCode journey after finding MetaCard and porting an application I
wrote for my Honours degree in Sport Science to Windows. I later began
consulting and completed a Computer Science degree. I work remotely from a hobby
farm in Tasmania, Australia.
