We will be running a series on Hacking The IDE this year. Whether tinkering for your own idiosyncratic purposes or submitting changes back to GitHub for the benefit of all, there are many reasons to delve into the IDE source and see out what’s going on behind the scenes. Here by popular demand, this series will look in detail at how various IDE palettes work and show you how you can bend them to your will.Join Elanor at 2pm where we will be:

– adding/editing classic control properties

– adding/editing widget properties

– adding an inline gradient editor

On May 17th, Elanor will be showing us how to make a Ruler Widget. The ruler can be moved and angled, for use in the maths classroom.
